Hi, I bought the game today and installed but, When I run the short cut the quake4 consol box pops up & says "CPU does not support the Intel SIMD Extensions (SSE)". Please help to fix this problem I have & it looked like no one else has had this problem. Please Post it on this thread or e-mail me at jeacain101@hotmail.com if you have a solution Jae Thanks

What CPU do you have? It would have to be pretty old to not support SSE. Assuming you're using an AMD CPU, it needs to be an Athlon XP or greater.

My CPU Is from 2003 and it's using a AMD Athlon...& I can play other games on it.

I read something/somewhere about AMD processors might have a feature turned on/off in the motherobard bios. Might want to check up on what features the bios has disabled for that AMD processor.
