I just went over to Simarena.com again, because I love torturing myself, and I began thinking: what would be on a soundtrack dedicated to this board?  The Simarena song, probably, as well as the EF theme.  But what else?  If there's enough interest, maybe somebody could actually put it together?

I don't know what song would exactly describe that side of me...  'El Scorcho' comes close, but not exactly.

One of my favorite Japanese songs is 'Butterfly Kiss' by Art-School.  I learned all the lyrics to it, and can sing it.

You know, Agent, I recently started watching a lot of anime on Adult Swim and I was wondering if you had heard of/like the Pillows.  They do the theme song for FLCL, if that tells you anything, but yeah, just wondering if you knew of them and how they ranked in your listing of good Japanese bands.

Yeah, that's a good song.  I'd have Wonderboy by Tenacious D.

I have heard of them, but I'm not real familiar w/ them either.  I have a friend who likes them.

But if you do, you'll probably like Art-School or Asian Kung-Fu Generation.  Same type of 'J-Rock.' (though it seems most Japanese kids would probably know who 'Ajikan' (Asian Kung-Fu Generation) is, but may not be familiar w/ Art-School.)
