I just got a email from charlie Bernstein: Sorry for the delay. After reinstalling Perl, IkonBoard, IIS and service packs for the OS as well as MySQL I was still getting the error message. I then set up a new server and installed everything on it again. I tried exporting the database and then re-importing it again. All to no avail. Finally I move the MySQL database to another MySQL server and ran a set of repairs. It found numerous error in the databases. I have fixed the errors and returned the databases to the site. I also took this opportunity to upgrade MySQL as well as Perl to newer versions. Please let me know if you continue to have any issues with the forums.
