There is a mod I'm playing that has a music track as well as sound fx and voice. The Music works well. But the problem is, the voice sounds aren't effected by toggling the voice pot in the sound controls. It seems that voice and fx are together on the fx pot. Is there programming language available so that the voice sounds are adjustable only by the voice pot? Thanks for the help in advance.

Which mod? The actual creators of the mod could probably help you the most. Did you check their website?
