in multiplayer matches I've seen people do rolling techniques to dodge my shots how do they do it? is it even possible?

lol. Sorry. I know in JK2 you could roll just by pressing strafe left/right while you were crouched... And you couldn't tell from the first person view, but in 3rd person you could see it. I know they're different games, but they were both made by Raven, so you never know. At least fool around w/ the controls in 3rd person. You may be rolling and not realize it.

I'm sure there is. It usually works for all Q3 based games. Google it. I can't remember the command off hand. EDIT: Is SOF Quake3-based, or am I thinking of SOF2?

SOF is quake 2 based, SOF2 is based off quake 3

Yeah, I knew SOF2 was Q3, but I wasn't sure about SOF1. So you couldn't figure it out?
