Help plz :s9:   I currently have 3 pc's running off a netgear dg834g router/wireless hub.  I can start local servers and run them no probs.  The problem is when I try to start an online server, i have set the services in the router to open ports 20100-20110 and told the firewall in the router to allow in and outward always.  The server starts as usual, the console drops, and the heartbeat is sent to raven, at this point you would think the server should be listed on the internet available servers, but afraid not to be. I can plug in a standard 56k modem into one of the machines and isolate it from the network, use an old dial up connection and successfully start a server on the internet with no probs there, so my problem seems to be in the router, any input from anybody plz! ???

Make sure you have it specified as UDP. You should only have to open port 20100, unless you specify otherwise in your server config file.

Sometimes it also takes a while to show up in the internet server list, I've seen as long as 15-20 minutes. Guess it depends on net congestion? Something to try, good luck.

tried as you said, still no luck, originally had the service set to udp/tcp, let the server run for about half an hour, but still no luck...

Just curious. Is this a dedicated server started from within the game? Post your console output here, and any other relevent info. Version, system specs, PB enabled or not. Anything that might be useful. Did you check the help thread in the server support section?
