First take a look at this pic and especially note the size of the thing compared to the pack of cigarettes at the bottom right:

Now!  This thing was on display at the last Computex show held at Tapei a couple of days ago.

Want some specs?  Here are some:
-Pumping an impressive 25 cubic metres of air per second
-Developed with the help of the British Aerospace wind tunnel engineers
-Drawing an impressive 1400Watts of power (For that my friends, you'll have to daisy chain 5 300 watts PSU's together to get it to run)

I think it's a hoax...  It's probably a enlarge demo of a real HS coming out.  But then again, I could be wrong.  Can you imagine what kind of Case you'd need to run that thing + 5 PSUs?

Looks to me like it's either meant to be a clever desk fan, or it's meant for some really heavy-duty equipment...

Once you shell out that much money for a fan, the argument between fans and water-cooling systems just seems academic.  I could be wrong.

Very interesting, although it resembles an April fools joke.  Until I read it draws 1400 watts, it sorta makes sense.  Why on Earth would an electric motor need that much electricity?

That thing is big enough to cover the cpu and the average chipset... plus, I doubt you could get the side of the average case closed.
