Hi I hope there's someone that can help explain what's up with my server. Â I have started a dedicated public server but am having some very frustrating issues with it at present.
I've configured everything the way it should be, but it still does not show up in the query list outside of my home networking.
I've configured the firewalls, set the server to public (1) and am still having the issue.
If anyone knows of anything at all, please help me so I can get this off the ground!!

Yeah. See if anyone can connect over the internet using just your IP. It may be that your server is working, but it's just not showing up in the list for whatever reason. I don't have SOF, but since it's Q3 based, you should be able to just type "/connect xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx" in the console at the main MP screen to connect. And if you don't know your internet IP, you can find it at http://www.ipchicken.com Hope it works out for you. If not, at least you'll have a better idea of what's wrong.
