Well, the finale has aired...

(Highlight below for my opinions since it contains spoilers)
Part 2 of last weeks episode was excellent, it felt like the series finale and in my opinion was the true finale, 'These Are The Voyages' seemed more like a addon episode, it had potential but it felt rushed. Bringing in Riker and Troi was probaly the only way they could shown the episode or jumped around so much, I think that the whole Riker/Troi thing played out well, but again it feels like this should have been a two parter.

Trip's death, it just doesnt sit with me. Why was he killed? It served no purpose to the series and didnt contribute anything to the story line, and the fact that 2 days later everyone seems to have gotten over it except for the one scene between Archer and T'Pol before his speech. I think this episode would have been better if the writters would have just had Enterprise get back to Earth after helping Shran, we could have seen more of the founding of the Federation or just something else then people boarding Enterprise and Trip (in simpler words) blowing him self up.

When the aliens came aboard it seemed like this wasnt even Trip we saw, I knew he was gonna die saving Archer once we saw the aliens onboard, but just the way he acted was so out of character for him...

Well, I for one will miss Enterprise, she still had 3 good years left, d@mn Paramount and UPN.

Yeah!  Terra Prime was excellent...  But the final episode was VERY disapointing.  I agree with what you said.  The death of Trip (wich I knew about for at least 2 months) was too anticlimatic.  Hyperbar chamber and BAM! already packing his stuff.

Btw, I missed the beginning of the last ep. and was wondering "What the he!! are Troi and Riker doing on Enterprise D?"  Took me a while to figure it out, even when they mentionned the Pegasus.

I also think Terra Prime should have been the finale. That would have been a great end to the show.  This...well, it could have been an interesting epsiode, but not a finale. At the end of Archer's speech in Terra Prime, I couldn't help it, I just said "Amen."

I agree, the Terra Prime Pt. 2 should have been the last episode. It really seemed to wrap things up more. As for 'These Are The Voyages', makeup just doesn't make Riker look younger anymore, he clearly had bags under his eyes. lol. And Troi has put on a few pounds, and I'm not just talking about the stomach.

'Terra Prime' was fantastic.  Everybody got their moment to shine.  That bit with Phlox and Hoshi at the end was great.  Connor Trinneer did a masterful job in that last scene with T'pol.  I also enjoyed the job he did in 'These are the Voyages', particularly in that last bit with Riker.

Well i hope channel 9 (an australian TV channel) carries enterprise to the end as they have a habbit of not following sci-fi shows to there end

Terra Prime was good, These are the Voyages was not as good. However one thing made me laugh...

and the text if you can't read it

...those rumors. But Starfleet Investigative Services cleared him of any wrong doing.

I wonder if this will be readable in Hi-Def?

And this sentence will take us off the end of the page in such a way that it it ends in the middle of a very important sentence of a very important thought. Unreadable biographical text goes here. It would be telling us vital information about the handsome fellow pictured to the right, but let's face it; writing all that up for every single person would take more time I care to spend. In the end, it will be so small no one will be able to read it.

Instead I will write sentences of sufficently different lenghth so that it looks like regular english usage.

See how nice and short that last sentence was? This will be a longer paragraph made up of several sentences, as if listing the many amazing accomplishments of the too soon departed Ensign Wallace. After all, Riker remembers him so fondly he must have been a pretty terific guy, I mean, sure these were...

Gotta love the production-crew for doing this.

I haven't watched an episode since the season 2 finale. Oh well. Series over.

Now UPN has absolutely nothing to air.
