That reminds me of a time I was startled by a mole. I was walking out side and I juts about stepped on the thing at first I thought it was a dead rat but on closer inspection it turned out to be a living mole. So we put it in a box and walked about a mile away and through it into a field. That about 6 years ago.

We have a fair number of possums in our area, we had one living in our roof a couple of years back, but we got rid of him, then one living in a tree on our drive way and he would hiss at you when you walked under the tree at night.
