If I found the correct router online, this may help.

Connect to your router via a browser using the IP address of the router. This address should be 10.0.0.138

Click the NAPT button.
Click New, because you want to add a new rule.

Set the protocol to UDP
Set the inside address to the IP address of your SOF server.
If you are using windoze, at a command prompt type ipconfig.
Linux? ifconfig

Your inside and outside ports should be the same. 20100 etc. You do not need a range of ports. Just stick with one port.
Your outside IP address should be set to 0.0.0.0. This will allow any external host to be passed through to your server.

Click apply
Click save all
Click OK when prompted.

Let me know if this works.

Ie if i change it to 111.111.111.111 in the router will my ip change from 10.0.0.4 ? or do i need to go to sof2runner and change the ip address setting there to 111.111.111.111

The IP address for your game server is assigned by your router. You do not set your IP address. Just make sure that the inside IP address (the 10.0.0.xxx) as configured in port forwarding in your router is the same as that is assigned to your server.

They need to match. This is how your router knows to which machine to forward the data packets. What ever comes in on that port, is sent to that IP address.

You only need to specify the game server IP in the port forwarding rule. This is your internal IP address. Which is the IP that the router assigns to the games server when it boots up.

Can other people see your server in the list? Not being able to see your own server is a common problem. My server has been up for over two years and I have found it in the list only two or three times.

When they try to connect by using the IP address, are they specifying the port too?
They aren't trying to use your internal address are they?
What happens when they try to connect?
When you start up your server are you specifying the port number?
Do you receive any error messages when you start up your server?
