OK, Carver's data is a little confusing.  The point is, there are 2 dates for Easter Sunday considered in Christendom, depending on which calendar you follow.  Nations/people (generally in the western hemisphere) following what we now consider the "standard" calendar (technically known as the Gregorian calendar), will celebrate Easter Sunday on Mar. 27.  Nations/people following the Julian calendar (primarily those following Eastern or Greek Orthodox Christian expressions) celebrate Easter Sunday on May 1 this year.  There's a clearer chart here.

actually i was told that the changing months that easter falls is abit of a tax fiddle so companies can claim that they lost money every other year because of paying for extra holidays so they get money back from the tax so every other it balances itself out ...............crafty
