We run a server called Wasteland which is a dedicated pure server running on Windows Server 2003. Some kid (I am assuming) has gotten a hold of a script which resets the server which is almost instantly back online but is very annoying. Of course he expects us to give him rcon which isn't going to happen as this is a very popular SOF2 server. We are running ver 1.00 and as of yet do not wish to go gold(for various reasons you could read about on our forum if you wish). I guess my question is, does anyone know if this is a known vulnerability in version 1 that the gold patch fixes? If not is there a patch available? Thanks! Team O.B.C

It would be nice if you were able to post that solution here... dunno if it is a v1.00 problem only, but it sure can help other servers when that kind of kids start attacking other servers as well (hopefully not, but the world is full of @ssholes).
