'Call of Duty: United Offensive' Goes Gold!

Activision announced today that Call of Duty: United Offensive - the expansion pack to Infinity Ward's highly acclaimed Call of Duty, which has received over 80 Game of the Year and 50 Editors' Choice Awards worldwide - has gone gold and will ship to retail outlets nationwide on Sept. 14.

The cinematic intensity of the Call of Duty brand reaches unprecedented heights in Call of Duty: United Offensive by delivering more action than ever before. This robust expansion pack features a total of 13 all-new single player missions filled with new weapons, player abilities and special effects, as well as an expanded multiplayer experience introducing 11 new maps and three new modes of play. Developed by Gray Matter Interactive Studios, Call of Duty: United Offensive is rated "T" (Teen - Blood, Mild Language, Violence) by the ESRB and will carry a suggested retail price of $29.99.

COD is definitely a better single-player game than multiplayer.  I recently started playing MOHAA: Breakthrough for the first time, and I'm thinking "where the f*ck is my backup?  I'm doing all this sh*t alone!  This is so bogus."

I'm looking forward to Brothers in Arms too.

This was one of the best expansion packs I've played in my life...too bad original CoD mp is more fun. The mp is more like battlefield 1942 with all those #### tanks.

This makes me not want to buy it even more.... the original CoD is fun to play, if it wasn't for those #### campers. It really does reward camping, more than sof2 anyway.

Why talk about a game that isn't even announced yet?

Why not!

I vote we start a discussion about Doom 7
What guns should we have in it?
