I found this story about this kitten found off shore, in all likely hood he was placed there by a owner who didn't want him anymore, is that cruel or what.

That is very cruel, what kind of person would do that? If they were using that cat as shark bait, the person is just sick, to the extreme. If someone threw the kitten overboard because they didn't want it, WTF? If you don't want it, give it to someone else, you might as well be throwing a person overboard and leaving them to drown, there's no difference to me. Not a bit of difference.

Human=living being, feels pain, feels fear.
Kitten=living being, feels pain, feels fear.

Someone tell me if there's a difference in this case, because I see none. Also, if you do something like that, I believe you deserve to have the exact same thing done to you. You get what you give.
