Phase II became "ST:The Motion Picture". Some of the scripts/script ideas were used in TNG. Season Two's "The Child" is the one I can think of, off the top of my head.

Why are ppl so interested it a bad TV show that was on for 6 weeks and almost no one saw 25+ years ago, and there is no link coz back then very little if any of the shows had web sites.

Yeah, it's kinda like those PSA anti-drug commericials they run nowadays; though it would behoove us all to heed them in light of Mr. Carver's 'episode' regarding the lost-LOST Star Trek series. However, if I'm wrong, and it's not the late-night sparkin' of the "J" toasting his mind- then I sincerely apologize Senor Carver. You do understand where I'm coming from, right? For some it's pink elephants or Bob the Lime-Green Zoot Suit, perhaps a night back in '78 at the roller-rink, hand in hand, slow-skating with Jackie Nuncio, it was "Jive Talkin'" blaring loudly and I was ready to make my move-- nobody filled out capris better than Jackie. Oh right, I digress, I was speaking about figments of the mind vs a lack of documentation from most major Star Trek sources from Desilu to Paramount to fandom. By the way, Mr. Carver, I'm just kidding with you. But to clarify the issue, I'm not buying the whole defunct Star Trek: Academy series.
