We have some euro teams that seem to be able to use our Eastern U.S. servers pretty well, most of them pinging under 100. I imagine that they all must have pretty decent lines to be able to accomplish that. We are in the process of putting servers in two Euro datacenters, that's all I can say about that though... =)
