Hey guys, does anyone know, how to code to hold the player, like at start up of elim or Infiltration, I have got many weapons spawning now!!  :D  and wanna add another weapon EMPLACED_M60, If any one know how the code works for "Planting" players in like RPM and other mod, could ya post it here??,I think i could make a pass at a weapon file to hold player while using this weapon, thx

the .wpn file isnt enough in area

emplaced true
pivotJoint "gun"
hasBase true

So i gotta find how to hold, then unhold player from weapon. it seams a long shot, but hey we gotta learn somehow!!!

lol u gonna use plant for holding a weapon to the ground? well i wish u gud luck it wud be cool

lol, No, to hold the player there, i have got the weapon suspended, and working on inview,but,well i need to stop the player while using entity, Im working on the spawning (g.spawn.c) at the moment, luck not wit me so far :p . but yeah plant or the waythat  ur held from moving at the start of elim and inf would work, i can use the animation for npcs for using emplaced weapon, but if i can get it to stop u and release u, theres always the queiry on leaving the weapon behind, I am sure i could make the pass "drop weapon" to be relevant, but in therory (sorta) it should work!!!  

If anyone else has an idea like what i just said, please post, cus i am working on a halo mod, YEAH!!, i have got Master in game already, me and brow in law debugging at moment, but i havent finished all death anims yet and getting tired of animating :( . but it will look great in the end, w f t , it looks great now :cool: .

anyway, pass some ideas through here, and i see if i can getem to work!!
