Blizzard Sr is definitely the most creative one. Doesn't always work out right, but some of his maps are great.

agreed and voted for him. He also made a few extra gametypes but unfortunately not released public (yet) because it was included in the Agent Rez mod (story like DukeNukemForever, never coming out)
