I can't start up my server for some reason. I keep getting an error. Sys_Error: Couldn't load sof2mp_default.cfg That tells you something crucial, most probably you dont have a config file with that name. I guess that file contains all server configuration.

the pk3 files are missing, the missing cfg error is cos its stored in one of the missing pk3 files, u will need all the pk3 files from both cd's.

That is a pretty big list of missing pk3 files..LOL XStitch you are not running that useing root are you? If so don't.. Creat a new user account and run it from there. SP_Kenny

see if therest.pk3 is present in the base folder. i had the same problem with my server and that was the file i was missing. you dont need to check all the pk3's either, just the stock ones that come with the program.
