Asked advice and I gave...I've also fought against muliple opponents before and I normally win...thats not to say I haven't had my ass handed to me...because thats happpened more than once.

Just tell the dude you don't have it and your not giving him any money. Tell him any threats or violence against you will resolt in a call to the cops and your school principal and leave him out of school and maby in jail.

Talk to your parents. If your really freaked out talk to the principal now.

Of course you can also talk to your neighbor enemy to tell him to report the theft to the police, so they can investigate whether you did it or not. Also take along a voice recorder and tape the convo so if he threatens you, you have evidence when going to the police. Threatening someone about killing is a crime too.

You can not carry any blade longer than 6in unless strictly going to and from a dojo, or fencing school.

I know all about the laws here dealing with blades...only weapon charge I got.

Well recording a convo with out the other person knowing can not be used in court...but that doesn't mean the cops can't hear it.

Pretty much yeah. Should have had a protective horizontal knife too, to protect your fingers. And I bet it's too heavy to give a decent swing with it anyway,.
