I noticed that the "Has PunkBusters been effective" thread was closed.

Alright, so no one has posted in it for a year, but now that someone does, I see it as being an open active thread again.

I see no reason to close threads that actually have some meaning and possible debate behind it, regardless of how old it is - in this threads case, it still holds as a valid point to forum users (perhaps not to Ravensoft, effectively the thread starter).

As I said, just my opinions there...

Man... even the Admins are disgusted with this board. This "old topics must be closed" thing can not be fought. If you really want, I can get someone to unlock that one specific topic, but that's about it.

In a similar vein:
I quit. I quit when my last post was closed.
No one wants these boards to flourish, and I don't have time to fight against the current. I'm just gonna ride it downstream until I hit my anniverserary and blow this popsicile stand.

Its just my thoughts, no action need be taken.
