The runabout no doubt about it. Even a good phaser blast at point blank range would turn the Aerial HK into a pile of burning rubble

It's not really a fair match the runabout has better weapons better shielding its faster can fly from the sun to pluto and back faster then the ahk can process what just happened. It's a hands down win for the startrek side.

The shuttlepod from 'Enterprise' would probably be a more even matchup.
