Yea, i used +set net_ip x.x.x.x and +set net_port 20101 för the first server, +set net_port 20102 for the second server.
I have different folders for each game server.

The server is unprotected at the moment and I dont have any hardware firewall. (dumb i know, but when turning on TCP/IP filtering the gameservers wont start when having UDP 20100-20110 open)

Ok, im new to this. As UDP is dynamic ports, do i have to link them with any TCP port (forwarding)

When running port reporter, it only lists traffic on TCP445 and some traffic on TCP135/TCP139?!?

Interesting..... Port 445 is used by Samba. Why do you specify the ip address in your start up command? Also, you should only have one port open for each instance of the game. SOF will only use one port at a time. The others are open security holes. Use a seperate start up command for each instance. Again, only open one port for each. Do not try to link UDP to TCP.  Then do your port forwarding. Get one instance up and running, then work on the second. Devide and conquer.

This is my start up for example:
/usr/local/games/sof2/sof2ded +set net_port 20100 +exec CPHserver.cfg +set sv_pure 1 +set fs_game rocmod

path and executable
/usr/local/games/sof2/sof2ded

force port used
+set net_port 20100

my server config file
+exec CPHserver.cfg

set server to "pure"
+set sv_pure 1

run roc mod
+set fs_game rocmod

The server is directly connected to the Internet in a datacenter in UK, London. There's no port blocked by any router.
I open UDP20101 and set the game to run at that. I switch on TCP/IP filtering and restart the system.
But when i start the server i get to
"Trying to resolve master.sof2.ravensoft.com"
"Cannot resolve master.sof2.ravensoft.com"

.. and then the console just hangs.....

####!

Can it be that i have to keep port 53 open (DNS)?
The three masterserver is named and not by IP?!

Can you post your actual start-up command?

Problem solved!

The three masterservers were stated as URL. I changed them to IPs instead and it worked (didnt/dont have the DNS port open).
