All I've heard is rumors... People have been talking... and I have decided to post what I've heard before I do any research, which I won't do! Anyway, it seems that they are going to make that 3 pack, with more stuff as well as each one with more stuff individually.... what is going on here, anyone know?!

I'll pick up the extended edition of ROTK when it comes out. That'll be enough for me. I've already gotten the newer versions of too many things when they came out...X-men...Christmas Vacation...Princess Bride...Return of the Joker...Star Trek VI...Hunt for Red October... And they're releasing a new version of 'The Great Escape' and a few other things I have the older version of too...#### the man I say! #### him!

I purposely held off buying any in anticipation that the '3-pack' would have more than any previous release. Of course, in 5 years, they'll re-issue it with even more stuff, and I'll say, "Why didn't I just hold off another 5 years???"

Heh, tell me about it, I picked up Terminator 2: Judgement Day Ultimate Edition DVD last year, figuring it would be, you know, the "ultimate" edition. Later on, they release an "Extreme Edition" DVD with even MORE stuff.

When will it ever end? :s9:

Thats why I never got any T2 edition till the Extreme edition came out. And I had a gut feeling they would bring out a 3 box set since the first special edition was announced. But the special editons of each individual movie is good enough for me so thats how I've been getting them.
