You Are Empty is a game that hasn't seen alot of press coverage (from what I have noticed). However, it is shaping up to look like a pretty good FPS. Although it will probably only be released with a Single Player mode, it will ship with a kit of editor tools soon after the game.

HomeLan Fed has posted an interview with Digital Spray CEO Paul Muzok. The chat describes the premise of the game and the contents we should expect to see.
We just tried to imagine what could have happened to the Soviet Union if something in history went a little bit different. The main idea came from “What if” thoughts.
The game's official website can be found here.

Maybe it is just me, but this seems to be a topic that is not often touched upon. It shall be great to have some fiction in the form of an FPS for the Motherland.

:) Not a fan of communism, I do have to agree with the general thesis that the people would overthrow the government, but as we see it didn't really happen.

I think far too often people understimate what was the Soviet Union and while this doesn't attempt to be a plan to glorify communism, I think it will be a very interesting game for the open-minded, while it may offend some others.

I look forward to seeing more from this title, from a company that seems to be little heard of in the past, it should be quite an interesting and innovative game. This will be something you won't ever see from a more glamorous developer or publisher, in my opinion. The only thing that turns me off, is the 'ball lightning gun' which probably won't be as bad as I'm making it out to be, just I'm not entirely a fan of the "pretty lights and electromagnetic-blow'em up" genre. The staple supply of normal weapons I'm sure will be more than satisfying, though.

ehehe
