According to his .plan, Pat Lipo, Lead Programmer at Ravensoft has left in lieu of other opportunities. He reminisces the last 11 years and the dozen games he has worked closely with.

I wonder if this has any relation to Kenn Hoekstra leaving. A bit too coincidental.

he left just a few days before hoeskstra and ive read some material from other raven employees that was posted before the announcement that hoekstra was leaving...saying good bye and good luck, so apparently hoekstra was already leaving and so lipo must have known this as well, which brings up the question of what kinda 'opportunities' could they be having... so if those two are leaving, they may be going to work together elsewhere...

I don't think they want to be around when Sarge finds out what Raven has in store for him this time around...

lol just my point. I think Raven might want to take things in one direction and that direction doesn't have the same off ramp as some of the lead programmers want to go - either that or they're fed up with the Raven policy and antics like I am lol. I lost faith in Raven after the lack of tools that they included with the SoF2 editor.

But hey, tomorrow is another day.
