Speaking of animations I made these last night and was gonna use one as an avatar but internet explorer gays them up by slowing down the refresh rate (if you load them in something like acdc they flash way quicker). The bot is actually the UI graphic for SoF2 bots which we never got :P

What program did you use? I assume you didnt draw every frame by yourself. is there any program that enables you to "tween" motions like you can in Flash MX when making GIF files?

I use Photoshop to make the pictures and ImageReady to animate them. No tweening, though. I animate by hand. Lots of tweaking. Oops! I used words!
