when i play sof2 all maps are good except one cannot think of the name but there is a truck right in spawn and if u leave spawn u can run down a road/tunnel or u can run down hallway or use lader to go down tunnel, anyways that map is so dark  i can barely see anybody in the road or hallway, i went to turn up brightness in the game console but it is all the way up   any idea what might be wrong?  all other maps are fine

You are talking about Kamchatka Factory (kam3).  Seems really odd that it's the ONLY map that is dark.  I would say that map only has a few areas that are infact dark.

the area im talking about is the roadway  i cannot see down there at all? and when i spec somebody and they are running down that road it is not as dark as what i see when i go down that road

try ( i think ) r_dynamiclight,  see wat teh default is, and raise it to ur liking it brings out the light in those dark corners lol,

nah dynamic lights are things like muzzle flashes, r_gamma is the brightness. That map is shocking down that spiral road, I hate it too. The other team is wearing greeny brown against browny green walls and you're wearing bright white.. it's just wrong :P

That's why I fixed it.

Just changed the "snow.npc".
