Is this a LAN server? So you don't want to see it on the net?  192.168.1.107 this is an internal address. If you don't want to stay local, use your gateway IP.... the IP from your router. Again, please post the error message.

u cant assign it an ip address that ur computer does not own.

u should only be specifying an ip address if u have more than 1 NIC. if u only have 1 then dont set it.

is that all the output? i have never seen it stop after a "usage: seta <variable> <value>"

The only thing I spotted:

seta sv_mapcycle "ctf.mapcycle"
//or whatever name you give it

Should be:

seta sv_mapcycle "ctfinf.mapcycle" //or whatever name you give it
mapcycle

your server.cfg has to end with "mapcycle"
It's probably not gonna solve your problem, just pointing out something I found missing :)

well first off i do suggest ya change the servers name as  well as the hosts  name .. as ramrod might  be kinda mad if ya try hosting as him ..your not ramrod ..or you would not be asking about  this

next how do you find your WAN ip ?

which would be the ip your ISP assigns you ..

easy ..go here

http://www.mywanip.com/

or go here

http://www.netzwerkrouter.de/IP/WANIP.php3

to see your current  wan ip address

wan ip = wide area network address  ,,  this is the  address of your machine ..and yes the internet service provider  your  currently hooked up to

you'd need to give to clients to connect

or foward ports on the machine  that you wanna use as a server behind  that router .. again for  advanced port forwarding ...contact the make of the router
