That's right! DOOM III is off to the press for printing. Activision did state that the game would be released when it was done... and it is now done. whoohoo! This means that they are on schedule for the August 3rd sell date. Here's Gamespots take on this.

Very nice, indeed... Still, personally I can't wait for Half-Life 2. :) Doom3 should be great, though, aw I just can't wait for any of them, lol

I was under the impression the editor is coming WITH the game... But will I even attempt at making a map for doom3 if there's no COOP

Last time I saw the editor, it was built into the game code. You can load the game with the editor and the editor was a version of radiant. Coop or not.. I plan on doing some playing with the maps.

Just placed my order. Jeez the old lady is going to kill me. Oh well she has spent enough on her crappy games. This is going to rule. Going to have to play it first before mapping though.
