Ok, I know there is probably a simple fix to this, not to mention an obvious one. I've searched for an answer but have had no luck so far.
My problem is that when the map changes, the players do not get shuffled around. They stay on the same team, with the same players map after map. How do I fix this one?

I only know about OSP commands to do what u want.
Here they are.

match_swap off|on [0,1]
default: 0 Swap teams at end of match, during intermission

match_shuffle off|on [0,1]
default: 0 Shuffle teams at end of match, during intermission
Note: match_swap takes precedence over match_shuffle

DMW I appreciate the response and am running OSP. However I dont believe (could be wrong) that its an OSP issue.

Maybe I should explain it a little better. If you jump in hte server, and join the red team, and a friend of yours joins the red team, when the map ends, and goes to a new map, you will always be on the red team untill you intentional join the blue team. Basicly the teams are not shuffled up at the beggining of each map.

It sounds like you asking for what DMW has already posted.  I run the following....

seta match_shuffle "1"

...and the teams are shuffled at the start of the next map.  Have you tried this setting and restarted your server??

Yup, I have that set already in the config.

Hmmm...what do you have for the following...

seta g_teamForceBalance "1"
seta g_teamAutoJoin "1"
seta g_noTeamSwitching "0"

Above are the only other settings I can think of related to teams.
