where can i find tutorial maps for sof2?

i think you mean mp maps(?)
when you mean sp, than you could download my latest sp-mappack. in the pk3 you will find a folder called Extra, in there i have placed one of the maps out of the mappack in .map format.
it is possible to make from the original bsp's the .map's (so you could see how Raven did it). i'm not sure if there are people that have placed them on the net. otherwise make a search with google.

not sure if it is what you mean by tutorial maps, but there are quite a few map source files available to download from www.darkconcepts.net. there are some good maps by some good mappers that you can look at and learn from, as well as some other useful contents.
