Elevator using the func_bob..... Downloaded the prefab that proposes to do this and it doesnt work. Is this the correct way to make an elevator, and if so what are the default or optimal settings to make it accomplish the task of moving a player from bottom to top and vice versa?

try downloading Shotguns Rooms, it shows lifts, elevators , prefabs included for both and alot more...

func_bobbing isnt supported by cod (that is known) check out shoguns map or - if you want to learn how to di it check the tutorial "getting started in scripting" http://www.modsonline.com/Tutorials-read-121.html
