A couple quick comments. First first of all, well gaming is all about personal preference isn't it ? As for Third person being better, well I'd disagree. Easier maybe, better no. I happen to thing that better means more immersive and realistic. ( I know realistic in a game of this nature may be an oxymoron ...). As a person who practices swordplay in the real world the added realism of first person play would far outway the questionable (in my opinion) benefits of the third person view. Unless this will be patched, which I hear it will not, I will have to agree with Goosebyrd about return policies. Hopefully the place I purchased this game has a similar policy. If this is patched I may consider repurchasing the game at a later date. If not, and especially if I cannot return the game, I will have to seriously consider whether I purchase another Raven product.  I have also taken the time to forward this opinion to Lucasarts in the hopes that they will at least consider it for future releases.

seriously your complaining about a tiny tiny thing.......if i said the same thing that you did about not liking it because 3rd person only in saber mode, but replacing it with " i die in this game, is there a way to turn it off?"

you go do that and miss out on the great things we get from them......your loss..........if 1 little thing wrong in your opinion makes you percieve that........then i dont know why you play games in the first place.

right now im having a problem re-installing JA, basically i cant......but you dont see me griping and saying im not gonna buy another raven product, nor am i saying i am returnign it, but im not going to.....im going to solve this problem........and if you are as much of a JK fan as you say you are then you would stick with it!
