Why does all the games I download that is 3D run really slow? Its like its in slow motion. Is my computer slow, or my graphics card is bad or? I got Gforce 3 and SOF2 runs just fine, well it runs better than I expected So whats the prob?

XP Home Edition V2002 Compaq AMD Athlon™ 1900 1.59Ghz 256 MB of RAM GeForce 3 Ti 200 - 64 MB of memory I got the last nvidia driver (56.16) but then SOF2 crashed when I tried to play so I went back one. (45.28)

hmm, it shouldn't be really as slow as you describe, try uninstalling and reinstalling some of your games and see if that improves anything.

I just did I a month ago. Every 3D game, even crapy ones act like that. Reinstaling doesnt help, I tried. I dont get it, sof2 works great. even SP.

/com_maxfps 125 /rate 10000 (or higher depending on connection and the server) you can mess with your graphics settings as well, /r_picmip 4, geometric detail low, turn of antialiasing or antiosotropic filtering, turn vertical synch off...stuff like that
