first try closing all the un-neccesary programs that are open on your computer.

CoDRadiant uses the same memory intensive open GL as the game

then - open radiant and click view -> entities as --> wireframe (this gets rid of the textures)

then click view models as wireframe

if this doesnt work you may have to remove the registry entry for CoDRadiant as this seems to fix some of the bugs associated with radiant [angryalien]

I think this is an error that occured when the map was last saved. This is a pretty sucky error if you have a large map.

The entities and brushes are written to the map file and the points, textures and other information is contained in brackets like {this}.

The error you are experiencing is what happens when your map is saved without one of the brackets.

The only way to fix it is to search manually though the map file in a text program like notepad and try and locate that missing bracket.

I have no idea where that came from

my reply was, if you copied something using the spacebar and it distorted after or disappeared completely you will have to find it in the map file using notepad, then remove it, problem now is, you must renumber all the entities from the doubled one down, quite the task with 5 or 700 entities...

Use the program called "fix197" its a program that fixes exactly the issue you are having and I have had as well. Just drag a copy of the damaged map file into it and then open the mapfile and it will fix it.
I cant for the life of me remeber the url just search Google under the name and it should come up.
