no, since its a game cvar and osp admins dont have access to game cvars, only osp stuff. unless things have changed?

Nope, they can't do it unless they have been designated the ability to with the extra commands feature--although I would think that would rather defeat the purpose of having the admin feature for the most part...

well somone i knew set his server up for scrims ( they scrimmed alot) but only 2 people had rcon so he set it up to were the OSP admins could seta pass word , was just wondering if u guys knew :P

If the person that has RCON adds the password lines to the osp_extracommands.cfg file then yes you can do it that way. Any command that an RCON can do can be added to this file and it will allow those with admin to execute it.
