I already own the windows version of SoF, and installed the linux demo.
How do I install it for linux? Most id based games allow you to just copy over the pak files to the linux demo directory to change it to the full version. I tried this. Now the game has more player models and the stats button is unshaded, but I still can't get any further than the first 2 maps.

I believe you need to install the Linux patches and then copy the paks over.

I tried that. It finds my sof directory and then it says that sof isn't installed.
The linux versions seem to be out of stock everywhere I look.
I wish that they would release the source code for the game.

Note that any means of circumventing the difference between the demo, and the full LINUX version, is piracy, and illegal, despite the lack of Loki's existence. You would be pirating a completely seperate raven/activision product from the full windows version. Unless activision/raven issues a statement otherwise, which would be nice since the linux version is still only on the gold patch, and as such isn't network compatable with the windows version, it can't even play online since won doesn't exist anymore.
