Hi -- You show me a server on V1.0 without #### wallhackers & I'll eat my underpants.....
I will defend kill club which is a very popular server & say the standard of play is usually very high with some excellent regular players. Players often mistake getting their butts kicked as wallhacking/lag/wtf/omg/phone. I try to deal with the cheaters but you can't admin 24/7.
Wallhackers are everywhere on V1.0 at the moment so much so I am thinking about ending the server. Its hard to play & enjoy it when you have to spend your whole time specing suspected hackers. I tried GOLD recently for a week but didn't like it for several reasons so I am looking at different games. Its a shame as there are some good honest players on V1.0 but too many cheats. I guess thats why there is V1.03..lol

Spawn camping is not bad, people just need to learn how to handle spawncampers, and then no one will dare to spawncamp again!
When you respawn you are invulnerable for 5 seconds (=default and most servers have this) then you have all the time to stand next to the spawnkiller to kill him. Most players however start shooting immediately and then get killed and start calling names.
And in a clanwar, what a team will try is to get the other team stuck in base....of course!!! that is not forbidden to do so, right?

No comment on the rest of your post, only on this i totally disagreed and therefore i quoted like this.

Same thing for exploiting the shotty-bug for example, you just need to know how to deal with it then you're the one who has all the advantages...
