Ok i have run Wiser2 and it says everything is installed correctly, but then i go to a server i can play for a little while then my sof2 juct CUTS out and an error appears.

Like the one that Danish guy had but in english.

I have installed it many a time, installed it from my DVD drive, my CD Rom drive.

But i put new memory in my computer on TUES i wonder if that has anything to do with it

Memory can be the problem, depending onthe error. Try uninstalling the memory and see what happens. If that fixes it, sounds like you found the problem. :D

If wiser2 says it's OK then i assume your pk3 are not corrupted. In that case the most comon problem is that your Punkbuster isn't up2date, or it is configured wrong.

Suggestion:

* Download pbweb.exe and place it in your sof2/pb directory.
* Make sure your pb client is enabled (in console: cl_pb_enable)
* Make sure SOF2 isnt running (just in case)
* Run pbweb.exe. This may take awhile but normally you will end up with an up2date version of PB.

If this doesnt help then PB itself may be the problem. PB has 2 ways of checking for system. Which system to use can be activated via the pb_system variable. Possible values are 0 (slow) and 1 (fast). Try them both...

I would more suspect a full system crash if there was anything wrong with your memory, but you never can tell.

As suggested above, remove the stick and see if your problem is sorted.
