OK, I made it to the tomb level and I defeated it. When the next mission came up, I was back in Tatooine with Chewy!!. Thinking it could be some glitch, I reloaded the Tomb level again and behold...I'm back at the beginning missions-again. So, I defeated the missions(again)....oddly, I still have my dual sabers and force powers from the Tomb Mission. I defeated the 5 missions...again.

Now I am on the set of missions where the first one is save the Elders from the Rankor. I did that. The level was greyed out was completed. I went to the next mission, which was the level where you flew the "flying motorcycle." Defeated that too. I return to the mission screen and you know what.....THE ELDERS MISSION IS ACTIVE AGAIN!!!

I made the mistake of putting in a code in the Tomb mission(more armor). I think this could have been my downfall. I don't know.

Just play without any help codes, and it just even might let you play it properly

These problems seem to relate to the cheating options in the game.

Especially 'devmapall'´causes this glitch, as it allows you to play the grayed out levels again. This doesn't have an effect to the actual game progress, as when you have completed the necessary amount of missions (4 out of 5), you'll be prompted to advance in the story, no matter if you have played the same mission four times over by activating the cheats.

So, all in all, it is just a glitch in the code, and will probably be fixed promptly.

The problem I have now is that my force powers are all at level 3. So, I have to use a cheat to bring them back down to level 1 or 2. I didn't cheat with them(initially) but after playing levels over and over again...the max on force powers was inevitable. And you cannot progess to the weapons screen if you do not add a force power. It sucks. So I have elected to stop paying until a patch comes out. It's a great game, I love it, but it is just too frustrating to play now.

So set a few of your force powers back to zero. Like type setforceheal 0 and then setforceprotect 0 or setmindtrick 0, and you'll have set those powers back to none, solving your little advancement problem.

I highly doubt they'll rush out a patch to fix a bug caused by someone cheating: The game does work fine without cheats, and fine with the cheats IF you're careful about how you use them.

Nothing wrong with cheats, by the way, I'm using them too, but once you mess with them, you're on your own as far as support is concerned.

I have the same problem.  Just after finishing t2_wedge the power plant one with the xwing pilot it goes back to the start.  Worked fine when I first played jka.  I am using cheats this time round tho so I agree and think thats what has caused it.  

And about using cheats... I only use cheats after finishing a game on the hardest mode.  After that its fun to cheat and play the maps in ways you couldn't before, especially with force jump or spawning a Rancor in the middle of some Jawas.
