:s1: Every time I start the SP game from the game launcher, nothing happens.  With the MP launch, the game starts fine.  Anyone have any ideas what the problem could be?

The programs start up console comes up fine with the MP but again the SP game doesn't start up, even in safe mode.

Try running from the jasp.exe in the gamedata folder to see if you get the loadup console, the launcher could be causing a problem not to show up if it's happening early in the launch process

I have the same problem.  I had lunch the jasp.exe from the directory and  zeelch, nada.  I had ended processes for any program running on the background, same result zeelch!  I have caputure the problem, some how if I use other applications before lunching the game. It won't start, so I lunch the game first and then any other application.  Also, if I cannot get jasp.exe to start and  I end up rebooting my computer. :s9:   I had emailed the report from the troubleshooting section, and my computer is brand spanking new.   Does anyone have had the same problem?  Feedback please.

The only people i've run into with that problem.....have illegally copied the game. (that's not saying much for my friends, though. lol)

Anyway, I just thought that might help in the troubleshooting process. Good Luck.

just download a no-cd,and use it for the single player of the game.
then when you want to run it,just go into the game folder and run the jasp.exe file.-the blue and red one.
itll skip that whole console crap.
but dont use it for multi player,as youll get that g_parsepacketentities error.
