Since I gave up my "crazy" idea to decorate my house into a Heretic level, I put my pair of Taichi swords on the wall. But Taichi swords are real weapons, not decorative ones, so I put them away a few days later. Before the National Golden Week, I saw a decorative trident in a Artcrats Store. It's made of gilded bronze. It reminded my of the Order of Trident. I returned to my house and phoned a friend who is studying Fortunetelling things. (Putting such weapon in a wrong way in your house would bring you bad luck instead of good luck). She said, if you wants to put decorative weapons in your house, yourself should be "stronger" than the weapon. or the weapon would hurt you rather than help you. Few girls play such game as Heretic, so you are a girl "heretical" enough to "conquer" that "order" of trident. It's ok for you be buy one. On the second day of the National Golden Week, I went to that store and bought a gilded bronze trident. It costs 480 RMB, 20% of my salary. Now it's hanged on the west wall in my living room. Now my house looks a little bit like a Heretic level! |

If you bought it on the first day of National Golden Week would it be considered bad luck. Why is the west wall...best |

It wouldn't be bad luck if I bought it on the first day of National Golden Week. I spent the first day on looking for new pieces of furniture.
According to Fortuneteller books, the Trident 1) shouldn't be put in the bedroom (or it would hurt you rather than help you); 2) would be of no use if put in kitchen, bathroom, courtyard, balcony, storage, dining room.
My house faces south and my bedroom is in the southeast, the easiest way and also the best way to put the trident is putting it in the living room which is in the south.
As to which wall to put on. It depends who you are in the game. 1) If you think you are D'sparil or Morca himself, put it on the south wall, it would symbolize your own "throne" (Most Chinese houses face south, and that direction is where the "throne" is located. In my house, it's my living room sofa); 2) if you are Corvus, putting it on the south wall directly facing his "throne" (my sofa) would be hostile.
That's why I put the Order of Trident on the west wall. It's the place of a "summoned helper" and poses no threat to my southeast bedroom.

Of course it would dangle above your bed... |
It's ugly and dangerous. Obviously bad omen. Mentioned in the chapter which tells you how to destroy "invisible demons around you" in such way. |
