The question is: do you have a problem with this server or does it run properly? Right now, you're giving us a parked car and asking "will it drive?"... from the outside there seem to be no problems and you aren't saying whether or not you drove in it yet...

Lo! This is as far as I get too. I have runned sof2 runner and now it just sends heartbeats to the masterserver, like 5 of them, and about 30 mins pass and the server is still not running. I have tried shutting it down again and stred it from sof2 runner again, still just sends heartbeats and don't get up. What can i do to get it up and running? EDIT: ..and if U know how, please explain it in a very simple way, because I'm a girl and don't know much technical stuff. ;)

thats all dedicated servers do untill people connect, if u cant join it then type status to check there is a map running, if there is then there must be a firewall or soemthing blocking connections to it.

Ooops ..after looking at the heartbeat stuff with nothing happening for a while I took a peek in ASE and there it was. Up and running... This was just the first time I ever runned a server so I expected the SoF2 window to pop up etc when the server was up, not just the console window thingy, so... ehum... server was up after all... and after some minutes with pb_sv_updates and stuff it now seems to run quite fine. Weeeee! (((Sorry for bothering you about this n00b stuff, but I really believed something was wrong. )))
