You could try disabling dynamic glow
in console
seta r_DynamicGlow 0

As there do appear to be some issues with some Radeon/Driver combinations and OpenGL

does JA require OGL 1.4 or 1.3 because as of catalyst 3.7 radeon cards don't support OGL 1.4. they can't implement it fully yet so they have 1.399. should change with cat 3.8s though. that could be the source of many of the problems with radeon cards.

it might not be the card, it might be some other part of your system. do you uninstall the old drivers b4 upgrading? it helps if you do. are you running the latest drivers for all your hardware? did you try other cats and see if they fixed it?

from various posts on other forums, etc every1 has said that radeons are NOT COMPATABLE with jk3 with is a biscuit eater, maybe a patch for radeon users or something, but raven software shouldn't have said that the game is compatable with radeon cards. This is just to get the public's hard earned money, and imo bang out of order. so kiss meh ass raven  ???
