agent: this is a discussion board. they were discussing the legalities or otherwise of the legal proceedings taking place. if you're not interested don't read it or take part. nobody was flaming each other until you intervened with your "joke". a "joke" which was out & out trolling of each of the main individuals involved in the debate. you may not like them, or agree with them. but they have just as much right to post as you do. they'd actually realised that while they appeared to be diametrically opposed to each other, they're opinions weren't so far apart after all. to an outsider at least (non US) it WAS interesting to see the discussion of the US legal system.
