Ok, there's this library in Evansvill, In. Story is told that it is haunted, and there have been several creepy sightings in certain spots. Well, they set a webcam up, you can go look at it 24/7 at this site, anyhow, I was looking at it, and I saw something small through the door. I highlighted it and made several different zooms. Looks just like a skull...

That's just artifacting from the compression. Why do you think this stuff only shows up on video?

Agent is right. Those are compression artifacts.

Maybe if the samething would show up on many frame, or would be moving... Otherwise, is it's just like they said up there.
