Hi.
The server runs great & does everything you would expect a server to do. However when it is full (10 players) there is some lag when everyone is fighting? Not much, but its there at that crucial killing moment. Iv'e noticed this on other servers so is there anything I can do? Are there some magic settings out there? Please let me have them if there is? I know the obvious answer is 'get some more bandwidth' & I will as soon as I can get out of the dsl contract those bitches at British Telecom own me with. I have tried messing around with the settings for the server but if anybody has some suggestions I'll try 'em.   Thanxs....

well most lighly if it only occurs at high conflit parts the server cannot cope or possibly the bandwidth is too low, but u dont give any specs to confirm any of this

Hi Spike.
I am running just standard adsl (512) so you are probably right. Its bandwidth thats the problem.  :(
Its worth posting just in case someone has that 'magic fix'. I will carry on tweaking the server & if I get any good results I will post them. Thanx for your help...

turning the rate down or decreasing the player limit is the only other way to fix it.
