doesn't look like a cheeat to me.  looks like messed up drivers, or something.

looks like messed up textures... too little of it to be a cheat though (or so i think)

yea, its just too random.  if that IS a cheat, that is the most ill conceived cheat i've ever seen.  i don't see any advantage really in it anyhow.

i've had that on a few textures a few times... i think its when your g-card mucks up, on some resolutions, i htink its cured by restarting the program not too sure, not that bad admittedly, but just a few went wrong.
